Yes, the Rebelles will be hitting the stage at George Lane for a matinee session on Saturday, March 29. Doors open at 2.30pm, so the timing is perfect for a foreshore stroll beforehand and cakes in Acland Street after, or whatever tickles your fancy – choose your own (St Kilda) adventure! Whatever you pick, the Rebelles will put some pep in your step and a smile on your dial with their sassy girl group sounds. The rest of your weekend is sure to be even better once you’re charged up with some Rebelles energy. There may even be a new tune in the setlist, should the musical spirits be beneficent…
The recent gig at Kindred Bandroom with BackBeat was so much fun that they have kindly agreed to come back and do it all over again. You’ll want to be on time to catch their set that transports the catchy hooks and raw energy of the Beatles’ early era to the present day. BackBeat are a talented and passionate four-piece who pay homage to the Fab Four’s Hamburg/Cavern Club days.
